What is a Database?
A database is a collection of data that has been configured so that it can be accessed, maintained, and transformed. The data, which is typically saved on a computer or on a server, can take the shape of photos, numeric values, scripts, entire texts, etc., denoting nearly every format of digital information. A Business intelligence solution is usually needed to extract the data from the database in a meaningful, orderly, and informative way.
