KPIs or Key Performance Indicators, are tools used to assess organizational success-critical elements. KPIs vary depending on the organization; for example, business KPIs might be net revenue or a customer loyalty statistic, while HR KPIs might be headcount, staff turnover rates, and employee happiness.
